A CDC-recognized National DPP curriculum that helps adults with prediabetes cut their risk of type 2 diabetes.

Overview

Our Diabetes Prevention Program follows the CDC's National DPP framework — a year-long lifestyle change program shown to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by more than half. Delivered through HALT360 with trained Lifestyle Coaches, weekly modules, and progress tracking on any device.

  • Build 150+ minutes of weekly physical activity
  • Manage stress, sleep and food-environment triggers
