Overview
Our Diabetes Prevention Program follows the CDC's National DPP framework — a year-long lifestyle change program shown to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by more than half. Delivered through HALT360 with trained Lifestyle Coaches, weekly modules, and progress tracking on any device.
What participants learn
- Achieve and maintain 5–7% weight loss
- Build 150+ minutes of weekly physical activity
- Manage stress, sleep and food-environment triggers
- Track progress with a certified Lifestyle Coach
